Pilot Programme Terms

1. Duration
The pilot programme runs for three (3) calendar months from the client's onboarding date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 7 below.
2. Inclusions
During the pilot period, the client receives:
- Access to the CortexPulse dashboard for the agreed scope of markets and languages.
- Weekly managed insights reports prepared and delivered by the Synapse AI team.
3. Data
Synapse AI processes only its own proprietary data sources. No client proprietary data is ingested, stored, or processed. Pilot clients may suggest new data sources to inform the enterprise product roadmap; any such suggestions are treated as non-confidential feedback and do not create any obligation on Synapse AI.
4. Pricing
A discounted monthly fee, agreed at onboarding, applies for the duration of the pilot. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. For pricing enquiries, please contact info@synapse-ai.io.
5. Intellectual Property
The CortexPulse platform and all underlying models, algorithms, and technology remain the exclusive property of Synapse AI Ltd. Insights reports delivered to the client during the pilot period may be used internally by the client for its own business purposes. No licence to the underlying platform or models is granted.
6. Liability
Synapse AI's aggregate liability to the client under or in connection with this pilot programme is limited to the fees paid by the client in the one (1) calendar month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the pilot programme by giving thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, client access to the CortexPulse dashboard will be revoked and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
